Is there a per-user charge?: No. The monthly price covers your team.
Will it pay for itself?: If ScopeAssistant puts back even one or two of the labor hours your team currently leaves off each project, it covers the monthly price. Pull your last ten projects from your PSA, compare quoted labor to actual, and you will have your own answer.
