Founding Customer Program

Stop giving away labor on every project

We’re working with a small group of MSPs to prove what complete scopes do for project margin. Founding customers lock in preferred pricing, get hands-on onboarding, and help shape the roadmap.

The Live Scope Session

No slide deck. We build a real scope for a real project, using your notes, on the call.

  1. Step 1: Bring your tech notes

Pick a project you are quoting this week. Whatever notes your engineer already has are enough.

  2. Step 2: We build the scope live

On the call, ScopeAssistant drafts the full scope with you: work plan, hours, PM line, assumptions, exclusions, and client responsibilities.

  3. Step 3: You keep the SOW

Whether or not you join, the finished scope is yours to use on the deal.

What you get

Benefits for founding customers

A small group of MSPs can join as founding customers, lock in preferred pricing, and help us prove the numbers with real before-and-after results.

  • Preferred founding-customer pricing, locked in
  • Hands-on onboarding, including loading your service catalog
  • Direct input into the roadmap
  • Early access to new features and integrations

What we ask

Help us prove the numbers

  • Use it on live deals

Put ScopeAssistant to work on real projects so we know it holds up in day-to-day MSP sales.

  • Share your before and after

Compare quoted labor to actual on a few projects, before and after. Real numbers from real MSPs are what we want on this site.

  • Tell us what’s missing

Join short check-ins and tell us what works and what doesn’t. Your feedback directly shapes the roadmap.

Who it’s for

MSPs with roughly 10 to 50 people who do regular project work for their managed-services clients, and who suspect those projects should be making more money than they do. If you quote in Quoter and run projects in ConnectWise, you’ll get the most out of it today.

See standard pricing

Before your session, think about:

  • Who writes the scope on a project today, and how long do they get?
  • On your last three projects, was the product side on budget? Was the labor?
  • When a project runs over, what happens: a change order, or do you absorb it?
  • What story do you tell yourself about why projects don’t make money?
